'Weight' is the allegorical depiction of the temporal and corporeal interplays of the concept of pain within the traditional Western narrative, told through the relationship between a mourning child and an apple that falls from a disease-stricken tree. The solitary child and the attempt to heal his vague bereavement are depicted within an implicitly mythological context.
